Broccoli with melted mozzarella |
Tips: This recipe proposal includes the use of microwave . Alternatively you can boil the broccoli in boiling water (about 10 minutes). Then in a pedella mix the broccoli sauce of anchovies, Add the mozzarella and, without stirring, cover with lid and set on fire a few minutes so that the heat makes the mozzarella melt.
Time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for 4:
- broccoli about 1 kg 200 g mozzarella
- No anchovies 4
- salted capers
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil 4 tablespoons salt

Remove the pan from the oven pour the sauce with anchovies, salt to taste and mix well.

Add the mozzarella, arranged radially |
Serve at once: the mozzarella should be pretty racy.
