Bus Grope Westernchikan

not drink without hot sauce! Fior

The spicy sauce is a must appetizer. It can be bought in all supermarkets, cloning imitate or alter ingredients to your liking. Last night for my "guinea pigs" I chose, of course, the third option!

Tips: To save time before I used accucuratamente grilled peppers in oil drained and dry with paper towel to remove as much oil as possible, because it is much more good extra virgin olive oil you add to you rather than what you find in the jar (or at least should)! Having more time you lily you use the fresh peppers or adding it now while you fry the garlic and chilli.

Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:
  • tomato sauce 300 gr
  • grilled peppers in oil extra virgin olive oil 4 pieces
  • . olive oil 2 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 / 2 clove
  • chili powder oregano salt

In a pan heat the oil with a pinch of red pepper and garlic slices, taking care to remove the sprout of the garlic and saute for just a moment because otherwise will taste scorched. Add the tomato sauce diluted with a drop of water, finely chopped bell peppers and let thicken Cook uncovered and stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.

When cooked add salt and oregano, crumbling the leaves with your fingers to bring out all the flavor. And that's it.
Serve alongside the warm sauce on toasted Tuscan bread slices .
