Peel the oranges easy, everyone has their own method that has improved over the years.
Peel the oranges in vivo can be just as easy if you use some simple tricks. First


what "skin in vivo?
means removing not only the skin that covers also the outer skin each segment of the 'orange .

Peel the oranges in vivo

Time: 5 minutes

need: 1 orange
  • a sharp boxcutter (Paring)
First wash your hands (it would from the outset before any recipe !!!).

With a sharp boxcutter taking a peeled orange slices, starting from the stem and going toward the base of orange, from top to bottom thus following the direction in which the slices of orange (or for whoever knows a bit 'of science: as if you were to peel the globe along the meridians).
careful to cut deep enough to intercept and cut off even the yellowish film that covers the segments.

Keep the orange in the palm of your hand very gently so as not to crush too.
When you have peeled, go to the second phase.

Always with boxcutter, cut the cloves by inserting the knife between the flesh of the fruit and the inner skin separating them. In practice each clove to extract a need to do two incisions on the right and left of the other segment, towards the center of the orange. Got a slice, go to the next.
