Today I tried a new "algorithm" culinary: cantucci. Ok, we are a bit 'off-season ... but one can not always wait for Christmas, no? :)
The original recipe I got it from site Misya.info , with appropriate adaptations.
starting from the ingredients:
- 270g of flour "0"
- 200g sugar
- a generous teaspoon of baking powder
- a vanilla bean
- two whole eggs 150g
- Almond
Add the flour, sugar, baking powder, the contents of the vanilla bean and a handful of mandorle.Impastare until a firm dough, possibly adding a little 'flour if it be too sticky.
Add the orange rind and almonds. Form two "fingers" on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Bake for about 30 minutes at 180 ° C.
Cut diagonally across the fingers to form the nooks.
Bake for another fifteen minutes to dry the interior. Eating
